Where is VIEL located? 
We are located in Jl. Kapuk Kamal Raya No.89, RT.2/RW.2, Kamal Muara, Kec. Penjaringan Kota Jkt Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 14470

Is there any minimum purchase order? 
Yes. The minimum purchase order for our ready-stock is 6pcs per item. Each item normally has 4-6 colors. If an item has 4 colors, you can choose another color in the series. 

Can we order from the website?
Our website serves as a catalogue for all our products. Please contact our customer service for order and stock availability. 

Are all the items ready stock? 
Most of our items are ready stock. 

The item I want is out of stock. Can I order it? 
Yes. You can pre-order the sold-out items. Please contact our whatsapp for further details.

Can I order the previous colors? 
You can order the previous colors for some fabrics depending on the fabric availability. 

However, Some of our fabrics are imported, which comes in different color series every batch, hence we cannot guarantee the exact same colors.

How can I order custom designs? 
Custom designs start at a minimum of 180pcs per design. 

Simply send us a picture of your designs (Sending the actual clothes is preferable) along with fabric choice, which you can consult us. Then we start sampling process, which starts at Rp200,000 per design. You are able to revise your samples extensively 2x maximum. 

Once the sample is ideal, we will begin the production process, which takes 10-14 business days after fabric is available.

I’ve received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do? 
If you've received something you haven't ordered, please send it back to us as soon as possible and we'll send you the correct item as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse. 

I’ve received a defect item, what do I do? 
We apologize if you’ve received a defect item. 

Please contact our customer service by Whatsapp (Please see below for contact details), and send a photo of the defects. Kindly return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. We will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund. 

Note: Please contact our customer service within 2 weeks of arrival. After 2 weeks, you are not eligible to exchange the items.
