Shipping and Exchanges Policy

You are only eligible to exchange defect/incorrect items with same item you ordered. If the exchanged item is out of stock, a refund is eligible.

Personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

(Indonesia) Shipping fees to return the goods to us and shipping fees to return it back to you will be paid by us.

(Outside Indonesia) International shipping fees will be paid by buyers. International Purchases are not eligible to return goods or refund.

Note: Please contact our customer service within 2 weeks of arrival. After 2 weeks, you are not eligible to exchange/return the items.
